Significant use of donated labor.
Homeowners contribute “sweat equity” and “pay forward” the cost of materials, interest free, on terms that fit their monthly budget.
These funds are used to help fund the next project, which gives partnering families the greater blessing of transforming from recipients of help into givers themselves.
As a first step, Fuller will typically meet with the homeowner and evaluate the project on-site.
Homeowners will be asked to complete a short application to be considered.
Larger projects costing over $5,000
Requires completion of a detailed application and agreement to repay the interest free loan on terms that fit the homeowner’s budget.
