how it works
We evaluate the project with the homeowner, organize needed resources (volunteer labor, skilled tradespeople, tools and materials) and complete project to homeowner’s satisfaction.
We ask homeowners to participate in the work through “sweat equity” and if possible, “pay it forward” to the next needy household by repaying repair costs, interest free, on a repayment schedule that works with their budget.
