Helping Low-Income Homeowners

The Fuller Center for Housing of Salt Lake provides home repair and improvement projects that help low-income homeowners maintain safe, stable housing. Our services focus on repairs that improve safety, accessibility, and basic living conditions.

Project Request

Encouragement Projects:

Small, 1-day outdoor clean-up, yard work, or repair projects.

    • Free to the homeowner.

    • Requires no written application.

    • Contact us by email or phone to describe your project.

Tell Us About Your Project

Greater Blessing Projects:

Projects costing up to $5,000.

    • Significant use of donated labor.
    • Homeowners contribute “sweat equity” and “pay forward” the cost of materials, interest free, on terms that fit their monthly budget.
    • These funds are used to help fund the next project, which gives partnering families the greater blessing of transforming from recipients of help into givers themselves.
    • As a first step, Fuller will typically meet with the homeowner and evaluate the project on-site.

Homeowners will be asked to complete a short application to be considered.

Larger projects costing over $5,000

    • Requires completion of a detailed applicatio
    • Owner agreement to repay the interest free loan on terms that fit the homeowner’s budget.
