The Fuller Center for Housing of Salt Lake provides home repair and improvement projects that help low-income homeowners maintain safe, stable housing. Our services focus on repairs that improve safety, accessibility, and basic living conditions.

Encouragement Projects:

Greater Blessing Projects:
Greater Blessing Projects:
Projects costing up to $5,000.

- Significant use of donated labor.

- Homeowners contribute “sweat equity” and “pay forward” the cost of materials, interest free, on terms that fit their monthly budget.

- These funds are used to help fund the next project, which gives partnering families the greater blessing of transforming from recipients of help into givers themselves.

- As a first step, Fuller will typically meet with the homeowner and evaluate the project on-site.
Homeowners will be asked to complete a short application to be considered.
